Job Summary
Respond to member and provider inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and complaints within a call center environment. Receive calls from members and providers, address customer complaints and grievances, record all interactions and details, and process requests for claim adjustments and disenrollment. Requires high school diploma, minimum six months call center experience, Microsoft Word proficiency, and strong telephone communication skills. Must reside in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and/or parts of Pennsylvania). Salary ranges from $41,000 to $45,000 annually.
