Member Services Representative - Midday

Greet all members and guests upon exit, check them in per company procedures, and answer phones with a courteous, professional manner. Facilitate member requests, forward issues to management, and communicate special events while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Sell retail products, schedule services like tanning, and process payments according to established procedures. Maintain a clean work area, know facility schedules, and assist in all delegated projects. Perform opening and closing duties, attend weekly or monthly meetings, and follow all Employee Handbook policies.
