Member Services Representative - Midday

Greet members and guests, check them in, and answer phones in a courteous, helpful manner. Facilitate member requests, schedule services like tanning, and process payments per company procedures. Sell retail products and communicate special events while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Know club facilities, services, and schedules to ensure members feel welcome. Assist in all delegated projects and follow all Employee Handbook policies. Perform opening and closing duties and attend weekly or monthly department meetings. Fluent in English with strong computer skills required.
