Job Summary
Provide outstanding member support via phone, email, and in-person interactions; assist members with inquiries regarding services, benefits, and claims; resolve member issues promptly and efficiently; maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions; collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and member experience; stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information; participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
