Job Summary
Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness provides in-club customer service: greet members/guests, respond to inquiries, conduct tours for prospective members, assist with membership needs, process retail transactions, and maintain club cleanliness. Requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic computer proficiency, reliable attendance, and the ability to pass a background check; CPR/AED certification is required prior to employment and must be maintained. Must be able to work at any Planet Fitness location within the Houston Fitness Partners franchise and be 18+ with eligibility to work in the United States. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality, friendly member experience in a fast-paced retail-like environment and driving sales goals while ensuring safety and compliance with fraud-prevention guidance (E-Verify) and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified prior to gaining employment and maintain certification
