Job Summary
Respond to high-volume inbound calls addressing routine inquiries related to benefits, services, and provider access. Provide accurate information to help members understand available services and route callers to appropriate departments or resources based on identified needs. Resolve routine issues and complaints within defined guidelines to support timely service resolution. Document call details, inquiries, and outcomes accurately and within established time frames. This role ensures accurate, timely information exchange and a positive service experience through consistent execution of call center processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum one (1) year of call center, member services or customer service experience
- Equivalent combination of education/experience
- Valid driver's license
- Residence within North Carolina
- Ability to travel within catchment as required
- Pass a drug test as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of work experience in mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities
