Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while enforcing the Judgement Free Zone and maintaining a courteous atmosphere. Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new sign-ups, facilitating account updates, and assisting with the PF Mobile App. Take prospects on tours and promote sales of tanning lotions and memberships. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to Assistant Managers or Managers as needed. Complete assigned cleaning areas during your shift. This role supports One World Fitness's mission to enhance community lives across 33 East/West Coast locations, with a focus on personal development and leadership growth.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR Certification AED/First Aid /CPR
- Punctuality and reliability
- Basic computer proficiency
