Job Summary
Face of the club: greet members and guests, check in, manage club software, answer phones, communicate events, sell retail products, and schedule member services such as tanning and hydro-massage. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, handle member requests, ensure professional disposition, keep work area organized, and follow policies. Requires CPR certification, experience with children, and compliance with local/state certification requirements; must be eligible to work in the U.S. and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Includes duties around member services and club operations.

- Experience working with children
