Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while enforcing the Judgement Free Zone. Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new member sign-ups, and facilitating account updates. Take prospects on tours, assist with downloading the PF Mobile App, and promote sales of tanning lotions and memberships. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues as needed. Complete assigned cleaning areas during the shift. Maintain punctuality and reliability while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. CPR certification, AED/First Aid, and basic computer proficiency are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR Certification AED/First Aid /CPR
- Punctuality and reliability
- Basic computer proficiency
