Member Services Representative - Eastern Time Zone Only

Outreach to members and insurance partners over the phone to verify assignments to ArchWell Health and schedule appointments. Complete proper documentation of all member and payor interactions. Assist members in problem-solving potential healthcare system issues. Validate provider data on file with insurance partners. Utilize shared Excel spreadsheets to track membership and interactions. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, basic medical terminology, and an understanding of Medicare Advantage. One year of healthcare experience is required, ideally with benefits and insurance background. Familiarity with eClinical Works or similar EMR systems is preferred.
