Job Summary
Greet members and guests with a smile, check them in per company procedures, and facilitate messages on club software. Answer phones in a courteous, helpful manner while communicating special events and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Facilitate member requests or forward them to a manager, sell retail products, and schedule services like tanning and hydro-massage. Process payments for member services and maintain a clean, organized work area. Know the club facility, services, and schedules. Assist in all projects as delegated by management and follow all policies in the Team Member Handbook. Obtain or maintain valid Child/Infant CPR Certification and experience working with children.
Required Qualifications
- Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
- Experience working with children
- Certifications, as local/state laws require
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligibility to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. including the required documentation for e-Verification
