Member Services Representative

Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner, checking them in accurately and efficiently while communicating club events, promotions, and announcements. Answer incoming phone calls courteously, process payments for amenities, and schedule services such as tanning and hydro-massage using club management software. Address member inquiries and concerns promptly, promote retail products, and maintain accurate records and documentation. Keep the front desk and work area clean and organized, assist with club events and decorations, and collaborate with the team to ensure a positive workplace culture. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 10 pounds occasionally, and climbing ladders as needed. Current Child and Infant CPR certification is required.
