Job Summary
Greet members and guests while managing check-ins, resolving alerts, and facilitating requests. Assist with membership, retail, and tanning product sales, promoting privileges like group fitness and childcare. Deliver new member enrollments and communicate special events, navigating all front desk stations from Relax & Recover to membership sales. Perform opening and closing checklists, maintain a clean work area, and answer phones professionally. Requires CPR/AED certification, ability to lift 50lb, and proficiency in reading and writing. Reports directly to the General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50lb
- Physical effort required for daily duties include prolonged standing and walking
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills
- Strong customer service orientation
