Job Summary
Member Services Representative who serves as the first and last point of contact for members and guests, delivering welcoming, professional service. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, checking them in, communicating events and announcements, handling inquiries, frontline front desk operations, answering calls, promoting and selling retail products, managing payments and scheduling services (e.g., tanning, hydro-massage), maintaining accurate records, and supporting club initiatives. Requires strong communication, customer-focused mindset, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Certifications and safety requirements such as CPR are required or obtainable within the specified timeframe.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum age 18
- Current Child and Infant CPR Certification required or ability to obtain certification within designated timeframe
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
