Job Summary
Greet members and guests, check them in, and facilitate messages on club software while answering phones in a professional manner. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by communicating special events, selling retail products, and scheduling services like tanning and hydro-massage. Facilitate payments, assist with delegated projects, and ensure all policies in the Team Member Handbook are followed. Maintain a clean work area and know club facilities, services, and schedules. Obtain or maintain valid Child/Infant CPR Certification and experience working with children. Perform physical tasks including lifting 10 lbs, standing, bending, squatting, and climbing decorations.
Required Qualifications
- Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
- Experience working with children
- Certifications, as local/state laws require
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. including the required documentation for e-Verification
