Job Summary
Greet members and guests, check them in, and facilitate messages on club software while answering phones in a professional manner. Facilitate member requests, sell retail products, and schedule services like tanning and hydro-massage. Maintain a clean work area, communicate special events, and assist in delegated projects. Ensure all interactions uphold company procedures and policies. Maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification and experience working with children. Requires a high school diploma, U.S. work eligibility, and ability to lift 10 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
- Experience working with children
- Certifications, as local/state laws require
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligibility to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. including the required documentation for e-Verification
