Job Summary
Greet members and guests, check them in using club software, and answer phones with a professional disposition. Facilitate member requests, schedule services like tanning and hydro-massage, and process payments per company procedures. Communicate special events, sell retail products, and maintain a clean, organized work area while ensuring members feel welcome. Lift up to 10 lbs, stand frequently, and assist in delegated projects. Requires valid CPR certification, experience with children, and a high school diploma. Applicants must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
- Experience working with children
- Certifications, as local/state laws require
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligibility to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. including the required documentation for e-Verification
