Job Summary
Greet members and guests, check them in accurately, and communicate club events and promotions while addressing inquiries promptly. Answer incoming calls, process payments for amenities, and schedule services like tanning and hydro-massage using club management software. Maintain a clean front desk, promote retail products, and support administrative projects as assigned. Ensure compliance with company policies and assist with club events and decorations. Requires high school diploma, CPR certification, and ability to stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Current Child and Infant CPR Certification or ability to obtain certification within a designated timeframe
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders or safely assist with club decorations, displays, and promotional materials when needed
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience
