Job Summary
Greet members and guests, check them in accurately, and answer phone calls while maintaining a professional front desk atmosphere. Process payments for amenities, schedule services like tanning and hydro-massage, and communicate club events and promotions. Address inquiries and escalate concerns to management as needed, while promoting retail products and supporting club initiatives. Maintain a clean work area and assist with events, decorations, and special projects as assigned. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Current Child and Infant CPR Certification or ability to obtain certification within a designated timeframe
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders or safely assist with club decorations, displays, and promotional materials when needed
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
