Job Summary
Greet members and guests professionally, check them in accurately, and answer phone calls while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Process payments for amenities, schedule services like tanning and hydro-massage, and communicate club events and promotions. Address inquiries promptly, promote retail products, and maintain accurate records and documentation. Keep the front desk and club environment clean and organized, assisting with events and special projects as needed. This role requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 10 pounds occasionally. CPR certification is required or obtainable within a designated timeframe.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Current Child and Infant CPR Certification or ability to obtain certification within a designated timeframe
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and movement throughout the facility
- Ability to climb ladders or safely assist with club decorations, displays, and promotional materials when needed
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and must maintain eligibility throughout employment
