Member Services Representative responsible for greeting members and guests, checking in members using club software, handling phone inquiries, communicating events to members, selling retail products, scheduling member services (including tanning), and processing payments. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, forward requests to management, support opening/closing duties, and assist with all club operations as directed.
