Job Summary
Greet members and guests, check them in, and facilitate messages on club software while answering phones in a professional manner. Communicate special events, schedule member services like tanning and hydro-massage, and process payments according to company procedures. Sell retail products, maintain a clean work area, and assist with all projects delegated by management. Ensure all interactions uphold a supportive atmosphere and follow policies in the Team Member Handbook. This role requires valid Child/Infant CPR certification, experience working with children, and the ability to lift 10 lbs. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old.
