Job Summary
Greet members and guests with a smile, check them in per company procedures, and facilitate messages on club software. Answer phones in a courteous, helpful manner while communicating special events and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Facilitate member requests or forward them to a manager, and sell retail products. Schedule member services such as tanning and hydro-massage, then facilitate payments in accordance with company procedures. Maintain a clean work area, know club facilities and schedules, and assist in delegated projects. Obtain or maintain valid Child/Infant CPR certification and experience working with children.
Required Qualifications
- Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
- Experience working with children
- Certifications, as local/state laws require
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligibility to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. including the required documentation for e-Verification
