Job Summary
Greet members and guests accurately, check them in, and answer phone calls while maintaining a professional front desk. Process payments for amenities, schedule services like tanning and hydro-massage, and communicate club events and promotions. Address inquiries promptly, promote retail products, and maintain accurate records and documentation. Keep the work area clean, assist with club events and decorations, and support daily operations in compliance with company policies. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 10 pounds, and climbing ladders as needed. Current Child and Infant CPR certification is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Current Child and Infant CPR Certification or ability to obtain certification within a designated timeframe
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders or safely assist with club decorations, displays, and promotional materials when needed
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
