Job Summary
Member Services Representative serves as the welcoming face of the club, delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in members, communicating events and promotions, handling front desk inquiries, processing payments, scheduling member services (e.g., tanning, hydro-massage), promoting and selling retail products, supporting administrative projects, and maintaining a clean, professional front desk environment. Requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and the ability to collaborate with team members to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Current Child and Infant CPR Certification required or ability to obtain certification within a designated timeframe
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
