Job Summary
Greet members and guests professionally, check them in accurately, and address inquiries or concerns promptly. Answer incoming phone calls, process payments for amenities, and schedule services like tanning and hydro-massage using club management software. Promote retail products and club services while maintaining a clean, organized front desk and contributing to facility presentation. Assist with administrative projects, club events, and decorations as assigned. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Current Child and Infant CPR Certification or ability to obtain certification within a designated timeframe
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders or safely assist with club decorations, displays, and promotional materials when needed
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
