Member Services Representative

Greet members and guests professionally, checking them in accurately and communicating club events and promotions. Address inquiries and concerns promptly, or escalate them to management as appropriate. Answer phone calls courteously and facilitate account notifications through club management software. Process payments for amenities and schedule services like tanning and hydro-massage while maintaining accurate records. Promote retail products, support assigned administrative projects, and contribute to facility cleanliness and event decorations. Maintain a positive atmosphere and collaborate with team members to foster a supportive workplace culture. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 10 pounds occasionally, and climbing ladders as needed. Current Child and Infant CPR certification is required.
