Job Summary
Greet members and guests professionally, check them in accurately, and answer incoming phone calls while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Process payments for amenities, schedule services like tanning and hydro-massage, and communicate club events and promotions. Address member inquiries and concerns promptly, or escalate issues to management as needed. Promote retail products and club services, assist with administrative projects, and maintain accurate records. Keep the front desk and work area clean and organized, and contribute to club events and decorations. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 10 pounds occasionally, and climbing ladders when assisting with displays. Current Child and Infant CPR certification is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Current Child and Infant CPR Certification or ability to obtain certification within a designated timeframe
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders or safely assist with club decorations, displays, and promotional materials when needed
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
