Job Summary
Greet members and guests, check them in, and facilitate messages on club software while answering phones in a professional manner. Facilitate member requests, schedule services like tanning and hydro-massage, and process payments in accordance with company procedures. Maintain a clean work area, communicate special events, and sell retail products while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Follow all policies in the Team Member Handbook, assist on delegated projects, and know facility schedules. Obtain valid CPR certification and experience working with children. Work full-time at Fitness Ventures LLC in a diverse, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
- Experience working with children
- Certifications, as local/state laws require
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligibility to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. including the required documentation for e-Verification
