Job Summary
Greet members and guests, check them in accurately, and answer incoming phone calls with a professional, courteous demeanor. Process payments for club amenities, schedule services like tanning and hydro-massage, and communicate events and promotions while addressing inquiries or escalating concerns to management. Facilitate member communications through club software, maintain accurate records, and promote retail products to drive engagement. Keep the front desk and work area clean and organized, assist with club events and decorations, and support daily operations in compliance with company policies. Requires a high school diploma, minimum age of 18, and current or obtainable Child and Infant CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Current Child and Infant CPR Certification or ability to obtain certification within a designated timeframe
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders or safely assist with club decorations, displays, and promotional materials when needed
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
