Job Summary
Provide warm, professional first and last contact with members and guests; greet and assist with inquiries, process check-ins and payments, promote club services and events, and support front desk operations. Demonstrate strong customer service, effective communication, multitasking, and ability to work in a fast-paced fitness-club environment; assist with retail sales, administrative tasks, and ensuring a clean, welcoming club atmosphere. CPR certification is required, and prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred; role involves interacting with members, supporting programs, and contributing to member satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Current Child and Infant CPR Certification required or ability to obtain certification within a designated timeframe

- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must maintain eligibility throughout employment.
