Member Services Representative

Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner while checking them in accurately and efficiently. Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, or escalate them to management as appropriate. Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner. Process payments for club amenities and services, schedule member services including tanning and hydro-massage, and facilitate communications through club management software. Promote and sell retail products and club services while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Keep the front desk and work area clean and organized, and contribute to the overall cleanliness of the club environment. Assist with club events, promotions, and special projects as needed. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
