Job Summary
Member Services Representative at Crunch Fitness Silverdale providing exceptional customer service to members and staff; responsibilities include greeting members, assisting with membership, retail and tanning product sales, promoting membership privileges, enrolling new members, guest conversion, ACH and CrunchOne Kickoff goals, checking in members and guests, answering phones, communicating events, handling member requests, maintaining a professional demeanor, and ensuring a clean, organized front desk with ability to navigate all front desk stations; requires strong customer service orientation, effective communication, CPR/AED certification, and HS diploma or GED. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform opening/closing duties; part-time or full-time hourly + commission.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
