Job Summary
Collect and analyze data to resolve real-time eligibility and benefit issues for over 100,000 members using COOL/V3/DYNAMICS, CRM, and vendor systems. Provide customer service to handle inquiries regarding health, pension, legal, and claims matters while managing accumulated work inventory and meeting quality performance standards. Operate multiple information screens to research and resolve participant questions on enrollment and benefits, ensuring all processing meets established objective and documentation requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Reasoning Ability: Above average
- Strong computer skills
- Detailed knowledge of benefits
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- A demonstrated capability to manipulate and use multiple software programs and macros simultaneously including Excel, Microsoft Word, Windows and Outlook applications
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Strong oral and written interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
- Ability to effectively operate in fast-paced work environment
- Excellent listening skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience working directly with customers
- Fluent in multiple languages
- Various work schedules available
- Must be free of any disciplinary actions
- Must be available for Tuesday-Friday 12:00pm-8:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Must be able to work extended hours
