Job Summary
Respond to member and provider inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and complaints within a call center environment. Receive calls from members and providers, address complaints and grievances, record all interactions and details, and process requests for claim adjustments or disenrollment. Manage multiple tasks consistently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining excellent telephone communication skills and a professional demeanor. Must reside in the tri-state area. Bilingual Russian preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 6 months call center experience
- Microsoft Word
- Excellent skills in telephone communication and a professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work consistently in a fast-paced environment
- Must live in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and/or some parts of Pennsylvania)
