Job Summary
Member Services Representative for the AMA, providing frontline member support with outbound and inbound calls, renewals and membership processing, and problem resolution. Responsibilities include meeting call campaign goals, handling emails, supporting Member Fulfillment and events, and performing administrative tasks using systems like MemberSuite, InContact, and Vonage. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (office and/or call center preferred), and strong communication and organizational skills. In-office role at AMA Headquarters in Pickerington, OH.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months to 1-year relevant experience; 1 year office experience and 6 months call center/customer service experience preferred; entry-level will be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
