Member Services Representative (All Shifts)

Create a positive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk. Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentations, public demonstrations, and phone calls. Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours, and enroll them in memberships. Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems, including TI logs, Club Activity, Web Leads, and Production Books. Conduct daily facility walk-arounds to ensure cleanliness. Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer questions. As part of a growth mindset company expanding across Michigan, you will continuously sell membership services as part of your regular sales presentation.
