Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service. Handle front desk activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new member sign-ups, and taking prospective members on tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns, elevating issues to management as needed. Maintain the club's neatness and cleanliness throughout the shift. Requires a customer service background, basic computer proficiency, and a passion for fitness. Must be punctual, reliable, and able to stand and walk continually during the 4pm to 10pm shift. High School diploma or GED required; age 18 or older.
