Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service. Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new member sign-ups, and taking prospective members on tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns, elevating issues to management as needed. Assist in maintaining club cleanliness. This role requires continual standing, walking, and talking throughout the shift, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma and customer service background are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
