Job Summary
Monitor club cleanliness, conduct regular audits, and maintain atmosphere standards while auditing and balancing cash drawers daily. Input member data into tablets, stock retail and janitorial items, and communicate inventory recommendations to leadership. Operate equipment, assist members with amenities, and address day-to-day member issues while ensuring compliance with policies and laws. Promote tours to prospects and assist with membership promotions and community outreach. Participate in team meetings and stay current on required certifications and training.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification
- AED Certification
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Great communication skills with internal and external customers
- Team-oriented
- Motivated
- Well-organized
- Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively
- Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Familiar with Excel's mission, values, vision, and culture
- Familiar with the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements
- Must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
