Job Summary
Member Services Representative duties include maintaining club cleanliness, monitoring member adherence to policies, and providing excellent member service. Responsibilities also encompass scheduling, auditing cash drawers, updating member information, and assisting in club promotions and training. Applicants must possess a high school diploma and CPR/AED certification, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills. This part-time role requires physical stamina and the ability to manage sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone.
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
