Job Summary
Monitor club cleanliness, conduct regular audits, and balance cash drawers daily. Perform club walkarounds, complete assigned cleaning tasks, and re-inspect work to maintain Excel standards. Audit inventory, communicate order recommendations to management, and stock retail and janitorial items. Input member data into tablets, operate fitness equipment, and assist prospects with tours and promotions. Address member infractions, ensure policy compliance, and represent the company at community events. Stay current on all certifications and participate in team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification
- AED Certification
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Great communication skills with internal and external customers
- Team-oriented
- Motivated
- Well-organized
- Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively
- Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Familiar with Excel's mission, values, vision, and culture
- Familiar with the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements
- Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
