Member Services Rep Weekday Overnight

Job Summary
Monitor club cleanliness and atmosphere by conducting regular audits, performing walkarounds, and restocking retail and janitorial items. Audit and balance cash drawers daily, input member data into tablets and point of sale, and ensure all members adhere to company policies. Operate equipment, assist with amenities, and communicate with prospects while promoting membership and representing the brand at community events. Stay proficient in the mobile app, complete required certifications, and address day-to-day member issues to provide a safe environment. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification
- AED Certification
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Great communication skills with internal and external customers
- Team-oriented
- Motivated
- Well-organized
- Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively
- Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Familiar with Excel's mission, values, vision, and culture
- Familiar with the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements
- Must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
