Job Summary
Check in members at the welcome desk, greet and farewell guests, and assist with fun, energetic tours and enrollment. Introduce existing members to Black Card amenities and encourage them to join fitness classes. Ensure the club remains super clean while providing a judgment-free environment that fosters a lasting active lifestyle. Help the entire team deliver +1% customer service to create raving fans. Your schedule varies and may include weekends and holidays. United FP Partners is a dynamic, growing company dedicated to helping people live healthier lives and supporting local communities through the Boys and Girls Club.
Required Qualifications
- Birthdate that confirms you are a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekends and holidays
- On-time dependability
