Job Summary
Greet members at the welcome desk, check them in, and provide energetic tours while assisting with enrollment. Introduce new and existing members to Black Card amenities and encourage them to join fitness classes. Ensure the club remains super clean and maintain a judgment-free environment where members feel like family. Help the entire team deliver +1% customer service to create raving fans. Your schedule varies and may include weekends and holidays. You must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED. This role supports United FP's mission to build a lasting, active lifestyle in a diverse, accepting community.
Required Qualifications
- Birthdate that confirms you are a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
