Job Summary
Greet members at the welcome desk, check them in, and provide energetic, non-high-pressure tours while assisting with enrollment. Deliver +1% customer service by introducing members to Black Card amenities and encouraging them to join fitness classes. Ensure the club remains super clean and help the team create a judgment-free environment where members feel like family. Find new and current members for fitness classes and maintain on-time dependability. Shifts vary and may include weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Birthdate that confirms you are a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twisting, or crouch
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
