Job Summary
Member Services Representative responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests, handling membership inquiries and transactions, guiding tours and sign-ups, processing memberships and payments at the front desk, and maintaining a clean, welcoming “Judgement Free Zone” environment. Position requires on-site work, bilingual English/Spanish is encouraged, and certification requirements include CPR/AED and tanning certification. The role emphasizes professional, friendly interactions, meeting membership goals, and providing information about memberships and amenities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work on-site (not remote)
- CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes
- Tanning Certification within required timeframes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to greet and assist members and guests
- Ability to learn and apply company policies
- Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions
