Job Summary
Monitor and maintain club cleanliness, conduct regular audits to ensure presentability, and perform club walkarounds with re-inspections. Audit and balance cash drawers daily, input member information into tablets, and stock retail and janitorial items. Operate equipment, address member infractions, and communicate with prospects to promote membership. Assist the GM and AM with promotions, training, and community outreach. Ensure compliance with state and federal laws while staying proficient in the mobile app and required certifications. Participate in team meetings and resolve day-to-day member issues.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification
- AED Certification
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Great communication skills with internal and external customers
- Team-oriented
- Motivated
- Well-organized
- Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively
- Proficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Familiar with Excel's mission, values, vision, and culture
- Familiar with the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements
- Must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
