Job Summary
Member Services Rep front desk role focused on member service, cash handling, and clean, welcoming club environment. Responsibilities include operating the Planet Fitness mobile app and POS tablets, auditing and balancing cash drawers, inputting member data, promoting memberships, coordinating inventory with management, and assisting with club promotions and events. Requires CPR/AED certification prior to solo work, strong communication, teamwork, organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel, ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work mornings/evenings/weekends including overnight shifts in a Leander, TX fitness-club setting. The job may be full-time or part-time and involves onboarding, training adherence, safety, and ensuring compliance with policies and state/federal requirements. Supervisory responsibility: none.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification and AED Certification required before working alone
- Must be at least 18 years of age
