Job Summary
Monitor club cleanliness, conduct regular audits, and maintain atmosphere standards while auditing cash drawers and updating member data on tablets. Operate fitness equipment and amenities like HydroMassage, assist with retail stocking, and communicate with members to address infractions and promote membership. Stock janitorial items, participate in team meetings, and represent the company at community outreach events. Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and insurance requirements while staying current on all certifications and training courses.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification
- AED Certification
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Great communication skills with internal and external customers
- Team-oriented
- Motivated
- Well-organized
- Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively
- Proficient ability in Microsoft Office
- Proficient ability in using a computer
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Familiar with Excel's mission, values, vision, and culture
- Familiar with the Planet Fitness brand
- Familiar with Planet Fitness operational requirements
- Must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
